Golden Eagle London was founded in 1985 by Radi Siha, starting as a residential estate agency in central London. Our journey began with honesty, reliability, and a commitment to excellence that quickly made us a trusted name in the industry. From humble beginnings in Marylebone to our expansion into central London's prime real estate markets, we have grown alongside our international clientele. Radi’s son, Paul, joined the company in 2004, bringing fresh perspectives and driving further expansion in both residential and commercial investments.

1 Golden Eagle London is one of Central London’s leading property companies dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property.

We at Golden Eagle work hard to be able to offer up-to-date and relevant market information to our clients and investors. Our proven track record and years of experience enable us to be ever-expanding even in declining markets.

Our business is split into 3 main sections: Residential Lettings, Residential Sales and Property Investment.

Our Lettings department is extremely well known both locally and internationally for offering modern, well priced and well managed residential apartments in and around the prime areas of Central London for both long term and short term lettings.

2 Our Residential Sales department offers prime residential apartments and houses in and around Mayfair, Marylebone and Knightsbridge to the most discerning of purchasers. The sales team strive to offer well valued property to purchasers, and achieve good prices for vendors, a very hard balance to achieve but one that our team has perfected.

Our Investment Department acquires off-market, prime residential and commercial property with scope to increase rental income and/or capital value. The team works closely with Banks, Property Dealers, Receivers and Auction Houses to pick up some of London’s finest properties at very competitive rates.

All three departments work very closely together and often overlap, sometimes introducing a new landlord to the Lettings Team or acquiring a sales property on behalf of an investor.

The Golden Eagle Team have been handpicked by the owners of the business, not only for their experience and knowledge, but because they all share the same work ethics, respect and love of the industry.
